Reservation and Cancellation Policy
The Reservation and Cancellation Policy is a set of rules that define how reservations, payments, and cancellations are organized and managed at Nafs Tours. This policy aims to provide clear and fair procedures for customers and to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for all.

Reservation:
After selecting the appropriate program or experience, the reservation is made by filling out the required information and submitting the reservation request to the company.
The customer must provide accurate and complete information, including correct contact information and the number of guests, when making the reservation to ensure a successful confirmation.
After approval, the company will provide you with an invoice or notification specifying the amount due for the reservation or other trip-related payments.
Required Number:
There may be a specific number of participants that must be met for some trips.
If the required number is reached, we will confirm the reservation and arrange final details.
If the required number is not reached, we may offer alternative options, such as canceling the trip or rescheduling it to a new date, based on the customer's preference.
Payment:
When the required number for the trip is reached, we will contact the customer and provide them with a payment method.
Response will be made via the contact information provided during the reservation.
After the reservation is accepted and the required number of guests is reached, you will be able to make the payment based on the instructions you will receive from the company.
Payment is accepted either by bank transfer to the company's bank account or via a secure payment link provided to the customer.
Reservation Period:
Reservations must be made three days prior to the desired flight date.
This period is set to ensure sufficient time for the company to make the necessary arrangements for the flight and confirm the reservation.
Cancellation:
Cancellation requests are permitted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled flight time.
If the reservation is canceled before the specified period, all or part of the amount paid will be refunded.
If the reservation is canceled after the specified period, a cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount paid, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Refunds or refunds of the flight fees will not be issued if the trip is withdrawn after the flight has arrived and commenced.
